Your point focused mainly on Amanda's passive skill which allows her to nullify any life-ending attack. And his point mainly focused on the energy and stamina level of the other dungeon slayers. So technically you're both right!

I mean, they had the whole night to rest, which isn't much, but it's better than no rest. The dungeon would have probably been even more of a problem if they delayed even further

I mean, the strongest a "normal" Being can really achieve is rank C and rare cases B.
Rank A is the realm of Monsters, and they are really freaking strong,

Rank F, and Rank E is the difference between 10c & 20c.

In F, the difference between 10c & 20c is exactly 18 degrees. (Science says generally, people can feel 1 F degrees of change in weather. (0.5556C, although some tests say it's a bit higher at 0.77 c, but can be more accurate at extreme acute changes down to 0.226c differences say like going from 20C to 40C to 20.25c to 40C))

So roughly, Rank F & Rank E can be considered 5 times stronger than the prior tier. If Rank F is normal person.

Rank A is 30 to 60 times stronger than an average person who just became an adventurer.

And yet, 60 rank F can not take down a fortress, 1 rank A can.
I bet even 300 rank F could not do that.....

Well considering how powerful Amanda if she goes all out, there is basically 0% chance anything could hurt her in such a low level dungeon even in the event something makes the dungeon harder, so her 24 hour cooldown shouldn't matter to her at all.
